If there is a delay in delivery on in-stock items beyond the normal 5-7 working day period we will contact you by email to inform you of progress with your order.

If the item is unavailable, we will let you know and issue a full refund.

Special Orders/Furniture Orders

Special Order items are clearly marked at the time of purchase (which may include fabrics, wallpaper and lighting). Special Orders and Furniture items can take up to 12 weeks between ordering and end delivery to you.

If you are ordering from overseas please contact us for delivery charge so that we may advise you prior to ordering.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will exchange or refund an item providing the item is returned in perfect condition with all labels and tags, within its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please note this applies only to goods purchased through our online store and refunds can only be processed online.

Please note that all furniture items, goods marked special order (which may include fabrics, lighting and wallpaper) items that have been assembled, made-to-order items, gift vouchers and personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.
