Standard Delivery

eggcup & blanket interiors will endeavour to despatch all standard delivery items within 24-48 hours, stock permitting, to arrive within 5-7 working days. At busy times delivery may take slighter longer.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail.

  • POSTAGE FROM £1.00 up to £4.95
  • Orders below £12 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.
  • Orders above £12 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded

If there is a delay in delivery on in-stock items beyond the normal 5-7 working day period we will contact you by email to inform you of progress with your order.

If the item is unavailable, we will let you know and issue a full refund.

If you are ordering from overseas please contact us for delivery charge so that we may advise you prior to ordering.

Delivery Instructions

A signature will not be required for items under the value of £12, sent by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. All orders over the value of £12 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt.

If Royal Mail are unable to deliver a calling card may be left for you to arrange re-delivery.

We will notify you by email to let you know that your goods have been despatched. Please notify us within 14 days if the goods have not arrived. We cannot accept any claims of non-delivery after this period.

Special Orders/Furniture Orders

The majority of our fabrics, lighting and furniture items are available through special order along with other selected items ordered specifically for you, will often have longer lead times. Special Order items are clearly marked at the time of purchase. Special Orders and Furniture items can take up to 12 weeks between ordering and end delivery to you.

Once the item(s) are ready for dispatch – we will contact you to arrange a suitable day and time for delivery. Very occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay this date. If this happens, we will keep you informed. We cannot, however, accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay. If the delivery address is changed after the order is placed we will re-calculate the delivery fees and either charge or refund you the difference.

Wherever possible, items are dispatched on our standard delivery terms. However, fragile, heavy and large items may require delivery by a specialist carrier and may need additional insurance.

Please note, if an order is of high value then we may choose to send on a courier service which will require a signature.
