Returns & Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will exchange or refund an item providing the item is returned in perfect condition with all labels and tags, within its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please note this applies only to goods purchased through our online store and refunds can only be processed online.

All returns require a Goods Returns Number. Please contact us to request your unique Goods Returns Number before sending any item back to us. No refund or return can be processed without this number.

Simply fill in your pre-printed returns form indicating which items you are returning and whether you require an exchange or refund. Please indicate your unique Goods Returns Number clearly on the returns paperwork provided. Place this form in the parcel with the items you are returning. We recommend you return these via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment within 10 days of receiving goods. Postage for refunds is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Unfortunately, postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations.

Please note that all furniture items, goods marked special order (which may include fabrics), items that have been assembled, made-to-order items, gift vouchers and personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach us.

Faulty Goods

You are entitled to a full refund including postage for faulty goods returned to us within 30 days. If you receive a faulty item please contact us quoting your order reference and details of the fault. We will advise you how to proceed. Once the fault has been verified we will refund via the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned goods.
