You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Keep it safe, as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. Description Of Goods
We take great care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct and complete. While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur.
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens and web browsers.
If you have a discount code, then it must be entered into the voucher code box in 'your cart', and must be done so at time of ordering. We will not be able to apply a discount code to an order after it has been processed, and no refunds will be given.
If you wish to apply a discount code to an item that you have on back order, the order will need to be placed again, (and postage paid again) as we are unable to put a discount onto an order that we have already received and charged for.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£).
It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

Please note your right to return products does not apply to personalised items, those made to your specifications including bespoke furniture items and cut fabrics. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation of Special Orders/Furniture Orders
If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that all furniture items, cut fabrics, items that have been assembled, made-to-order items, and personalised items, we may be unable to cancel, which will then become non-refundable. Please contact eggcup & blanket interiors by emailing email@example.com or call us on 0845 303 7674 and we will be happy to advise you on the process.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will exchange or refund an item providing the item is returned in perfect condition with all labels and tags, within its original packaging within 7 days. Please note this applies only to goods purchased through our online store and refunds can only be processed online.
Simply fill in your pre-printed returns form indicating which items you are returning and whether you require an exchange or refund. Place this form in the parcel with the items you are returning. We recommend you return these via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment within 10 days of receiving goods. Postage for refunds is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Unfortunately, postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations.
Please note that all furniture items, cut fabrics, items that have been assembled, made-to-order items, gift vouchers and personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach us.

You are entitled to a full refund including postage for faulty goods returned to us within 30 days. If you receive a faulty item please contact us quoting your order reference and details of the fault. We will advise you how to proceed. Once the fault has been verified we will refund via the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned goods.
